Damage Deposit of $300 required to reserve equipment. Reservations made less than 35 days in advance will be charged the full amount. Installation and removal fees may apply for roof top tent rentals. There is no cleaning fee. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund of your rental deposit. If you cancel within the 14 day period, we will offer you a 1 time courtesy rescheduling of your reservation for the same number of nights or longer or we will refund 50% of the amount. Pick-up and return times are much like a hotel room. Early pick-ups or late returns can be arranged in advance.

Customers are personally responsible for all tents and equipment which they have checked out. TentRent assumes no responsibility or liability once items have been removed from the premises. All equipment shall be inspected upon its return by a representative of TentRent, and the customer will be charged for any damages resulting from anything other than normal use.

Renter is responsible for checking his car roof load capacity and book tent according to this information.

Rent is responsible for checking tent installation prior driving in order to maintain safety during use of the tents.
